TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN,
We Godlike Negro American Citizens, under our spiritual counsel of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, we complain to have a righteous indignation against the United States, and Members of Congress, in that we Negro people can no long remain silent about racial injustice we have encountered in this Nation before the eyes of God, as the sins of America have reach the heaven and is now found wanting of god judgement. The crimes of America have moved this Nation towards civil unrest, legalizing laws of justification for hatred and inequality; and injustices by brute force have become the premise of America existence were the wickedness; and evil of man have spoiled the land of the free and the home of the brave. In all of our efforts to pledge allegiance to the United State of American, having hope, faith and belief in all Americans living up to it motto that promises of true patriotism 1954 (current version, per 4 U.S.C. §4) "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United
States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."; for the Negro condition in America have been placed under the most harshest condition has proven the pledge of allegiance to be in vain; it was 150 years ago civil war was fought in this country to free the Negro from slavery, the won that war but has lost the battle of overcoming racial injustice, racial freedom and the right to life, and pursuit of happiness were the God of Heaven is not please with mankind, as history is repeating itself.
We Christians Negro people have being instructed dissolve our political connection with the United State and be not partakers of United States as your sins has reached the heavens, and receive not the plagues, as God has remembered your
iniquities are mention below according to Revelation 18:4; We have determine break free from blunt wickedness, present evil, the endless patterns of lies and false accusation seeking to hinder the Negro People from obtaining true freedom in the United States of America, after the many acts of injustices against members of our race. We come before you, the President, of United States of America, and the Executive Office of United States, the Office of Attorney General of the United States of America, and Members of Congress with a message to remember your former promises to move this Nation; towards civil peace and towards social justice for all its citizens, including Negroes' and Foundational Black Americans; who truthfully built this country of free slave labor.
SECTION I. STATE OF AFFAIRS:
Be It Resolved, That the NEGRO Christian people and the Foundational Black Americans (NOT FOREIGN AFRIKKANS) by the Power Of God·and his chosen representative of the Negro Black Nation United-Spiritual Government; in the City of New Castle, Delaware Assemble in the~ United States of America, we have witness open persecution and execution by law enforcement officers. and over a course of human Events from 1963 to 2024, more and more stripping away civil rights, civil liberties, neglect in jobs, proper access to equal education, and
housing; legislators enacting plans and programs that perpetuate poverty only among the Negroes and Foundational Black Americans.
We come before you are fully aware of the New Legalized Racism condition in America; and we have protested against the wrongs and injustices that we suffer ~ the hands of our White, Asian, Mexican and Foreign Afrikaans brethren to this present day; were have pleaded and begged for equal State Protection; against domestic and foreign terrorism her and our own backyard, and in our own communities. It is true, there has been less, and less legislation signed in the last few years presenting any real opportunity for the Negroes, or the Foundational Black American citizens receiving reparation justices from H.R. 40; and the lack of equal treatment has failed to reach the Negro People or the Foundational Black American citizens as promised; we must go on to make it United States of American; and Members of Congress you have not fulfilled your promises under the Declaration of Independence; Bill of Rights; and have been nothing. but an
ongoing problem for the Negro people from the first day of captivity to this very day.
Of all the groups who have sought refuge, asylum and have settled in the United States; and have become a part of this Nation, Negroes are the only people who were brought here originally against their will. We are the only people who were brought here in chains; as slave trading was a profitable business; as No other people were in slavery and exploited so mercilessly by the fathers of this Nation the our race of people; and yet America Institution of racism and prejudice remind us every day we have no rights in America laws do not apply to us; as you American continue the patterns of separating Negro husband and wives from each other and continue legalizing the patterns of taken black children at any time for false crimes and legal intimidation which are a part of conscious and determine plan to hold the Negro citizen down.
We now complain that in the United States of America Negro people individual rights and civil liberties in similar circumstance with white men are NOT being violated; and on the contrary, are discriminated against, and denied common rights due to all Gods children, but for no other reason than that of our race and skin color. In all most every part of the United States of America Negroes' and FBA are denied the right to equal access to Public Laws Cultural Appropriation that maintain essential level of activity to protect Negro people life and property that
will bring about the termination of the Negro classes of people. The European Nation in stringent need to violate Negro and Foundational Black American human dignity; where Members of Congress have looked the other way in legalizing the use of the N-word; an unsay-able and inflammatory slur that filled the heart and mind of every American European American, and European racial hate have gain movement foreigners, persons from other ethnic and origins coming from the following: (1) WESTERN HEMISPHERE; (2) AFRIKA (SUB-SAHARAN); and (3) SOUTH AND CENTRAL ASIA each of these groups of person or people have taken the liberty to painfully harming, and victimize the Negro People and Foundational Black American every day of their lives through publishing monkey like ads; and social platform such as twitter, Facebook, You Tube channel who profiting off-of racial slurs; that were once exclude from contemporary English writing and public conversation.
SECTION I.
LEGALIZING MODERN ENSLAVEMENT
We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, and that they are endowed by the Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness- that of the European Nation have distributed out among themselves and taken possession of wealth, land, inventions, ongoing intellectual properties, and then insert legal barriers preventing Negro Americans from fully participating in the American Society Cultural in which we built, thereby, preventing equal opportunities fully breaching our universal rights to equal independence. I want the Congress--Republicans and Democrats alike-to know, and be reminded Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the American People which include the Negro people, in which we have determine that has become destructive to this End, it is the Right of the Negro People to alter and abolish the connection with this form of Government.
SECTION II.
THE MEMBER IS THE U.S. CONGRESS IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES THAT HOLD OFFICE TEND NOT TO TRULY REPRESENT NEGRO PEOPLE INTEREST
The Representative of the United States of America, in General Congress on every turn denies Negros' and Foundational Black American Citizens the right to progress, although we are citizens under the Federal Constitution, Advanced in knowledge have brought awesome invention to the Southeastern, Northeastern, portion of the United States of America, were our white kidnapper continue to hold the Negro and Foundational Black American Hostage, and has convinced us that Member of Congress are working in our behalf and our benefactors. Although the Negro people are taxpayers, members of congress, and President Biden, nevertheless, continue to this day denying the Negro people and their Descendant restorative justice, while even members of Congress, themselves have become accustomed to seeing Negro people suffer to no end while no-Rights have been fulfilled.
We Negro people are absolute in disgusted with the Despotism that exist within the members of congress for the mostly the Red States white man, and white woman to continue on with 400 years of lynching Negro People, and just on March 2022 the Public Laws H.R.55, for Emmett Till Anti lynching Act was just recently signed into law, meanwhile, in Police Officer are obfuscating the lynching as black people suicide, while White American continue to this day use lynching to terrorized and control Negro into modem submission, and left to accept
whites refusing to Assent themselves to the Laws of the Land; as they have loss the progressive spirit for our people.
We Negro have come to turns with realty, and with the fact that the best of Americans no longer exist in American democracy as collective; our belief in the "One Nation Under Indivisible with Liberty for All" was just an powerful ideal in which we believe that the deep rooted racism and prejudice was not to profound or so complex, were the Righteousness of Good Man and Good Woman of American would not be able to overcome, we were wrong, as good man and good woman have stood by and done little to nothing to help free the Negro people held
hostage to public savagery, humiliation, open execution, even though, we have tried to stay united with American Democracy, have come crumbling down; as we our neglect, publicly abused, humiliated and treated on ever turn with disparity have all been ignored.
SECTION Ill.
CONGRESS HAS REFUSED TO PASS STATE PROTECTION LAWS
FOR THE NEGRO PEOPLE FOR MORE THAN 150 YEARS
The Negroes and Foundational Black American of our race for more the 150 years have been openly tortured, killed, terrorized and brutality attacked and illegally murder and assault Negro people; including Foundational Black American people from 1875 to 2024 were FBI, DOJ often suppress or manipulate reports of white people violence targeting Negro people and today's Foundational Black American civil liberties and human rights have been violated over and over again at places of worship; at nearby grocery stores; while in their homes while eating ice
cream and watching TV, walking their dogs; or sleeping in their beds, or even taking a shower they being publicly executed by countless acts of racial violence were massacres continue to take place designed to instill fear and terror in the entire Negro and Black Community supposedly killing alleged suspects accused of unproven offenses; it inexcusable for Members of Congress not to see the need to issue a State Protection Bill for the Negros and Foundational Black Americans; as they have done for the Asian people who infected the entire world
with a biological weapon.
SECTION IV.
NO PUBLIC LAWS SWORN TO PROTECT THE NEGRO
AND FOUNDATIONAL BLACK AMERICAN EXIST
We have examine the police shooting unarmed Negro; and Foundational Black Americans for minor traffic stop data, the limitations of this complaint cannot be overstated. How many Negroes and Black men, and women are beaten, flogged, mutilated, and murder on a daily basis by those who sworn to protect the public but the body count continue to pile up; and yet no law has been put in place to restrain white savagery and depravity- the beheading and dismembering Negros; and black men; mutilation of black men and women for their sex organs, continue lynching, openly publishing black trophies harming innocent Negroes, and Foundational Black Americans were the State has take no steps to protect the Negroes; or the Foundation Black American Citizen due to race related prejudices Member of Congress action has become unconscionable; were can no long standby and watch evil triumph.
We the Negro People of the United States of America; under the USA Patriot Act has found it necessary to take action as the Negro Black Nation Untied People; and to respond to the United State of America home grown terrorist attacks against innocent Negroes and Foundational Black Americans from everyday deadly domestic and foreign plans of racial targeting our way of life; where member of
Congress has done absolutely nothing to preserve the lives and civil liberty of Negroes, Black American people from whites, or current illegals who pose as homeland terrorist threat to Negroes; and Foundational Black Americans; violated the USA Patriot Act designed to preserve life and liberty of all citizens to dissolve to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate, but equal Station to which the Jurisprudence Natural Law; and Natural Rights; Religious law; and Religious Rights and the execution of equal justice derived from the Old Testament; as well as the New Testament we declare the causes mentioned above as the reason impelling the cause for Separation.

UNDER THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
WE MUST DENOUNCE OUR SEPARATION
TO THE REST OF MANKIND

THE NBNU Resolve, We the Negro people; including the Foundational Black American citizen Notice of Separation be laid before the United States of American; President Biden, Congress of the United States; Chief Justice, of United States Supreme Court, United States Senators; U.S. House of Representative assembly; under the Bill of Rights tenth amendments of the Constitution, Guaranteeing the rights of citizens under the powerful federal government were no rights, shall not be construed or denied or disparage that are retained by the Negro people; no states shall no longer abridge the privileges or immunity for Negroes; or Foundational Black American Citizens; nor shall the State continue to violate human rights laws and civil liberties laws written in the constitution the very principal of the American Government design to protects the freedoms and rights of individuals; as we shall no longer be deprive from securing our basic freedom, liberties and rights guaranteed by the first four amendments; the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Constitution shall protect Negro Black people suspected or accused of criminal activity; that also include a more effective provision appointing their headship governors, and deputies to meet United States President, Congress, Senators, Governors, and City, and County Administrators before arrest are made in order not to subvert religious laws, and civil liberties where upon our Negro and FBA deputies so appointed being now assembled, in a full and free represent and enforce equal justice for Negroes and Black American against open hostility; dangerous and destructive police, security enforcement officers, will insist to enforce their indubitable rights and liberties; that should not be legally taken from our people; as the United States of America, has passed the desire to harmonize with the Negroes and Foundational Black Americans.
